We have acquired worldwide experience and expertise in the field of floating structures and buildings. As being one of the pioneers in the Netherlands we have executed many projects and are specialists in all the building and engineering stages related to floating structures and buildings. From product- and concept development of floating bodies, to fully engineered floating villas and islands.

With years of engineering experience in the fields of infrastructure, residential and non-residential buildings, we have executed many successful projects. Besides the traditional projects we are known for our innovative ideas and expertise that have been put into practise multiple times. Our infrastructure projects are executed through our own infra-engineering company Bartels & Vedder + Nagel infra.

Design principles and unique design wishes sometimes require “out-of-the-box” solutions. When traditional products don’t provide the necessary outcome or solution, we engineer and design, together with you, new products that can do the job. Meanwhile our own engineered and designed products are being used and implemented in different worldwide projects.

By using  the latest techniques we are able to create intelligent and integrated 3D models (BIM | Building Information Modelling). From our BIM models we can extract all types of structural and architectural drawings, quantity take-offs (QTO) and clash-reports. These can be extracted in different stages and from different detail levels within your project. Our team exists of professionals that have years of experience in applying Building Information Modelling (BIM).
