Balance d’eau develops 10 floating houses. The houses will be located in Zeewolde. The type of dwelling is 2 houses mirrored from eachother with the following dimensions: 5,70 meter by 12,20 meter. The Lofts are settled on concrete hulls. Bartels & Vedder made the calculations for the stability and draught of the houses.
